At IMS Support Services, we provide tailored Household Services and Attendant Care for participants funded through the TAC, DVA, or Support at Home Program. Our goal is to help you manage daily routines, maintain independence, and enjoy a safe and comfortable home environment.
Household Services
Our team assists with day-to-day household tasks, including:
Cleaning and maintaining your home
Laundry and linen care
Meal preparation and kitchen support
Shopping and errands
Home organisation and safety checks
These services are designed to reduce stress, improve quality of life, and support participants in remaining independent in their own homes.
Attendant Care
Our Attendant Care services provide one-on-one support for personal care and daily routines, including:
Assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing
Mobility support and transfers
Medication reminders and health monitoring
Support with daily routines and activities
