Letitia - Owner/Director
Letisha is the heart and driving force behind In My Skin Support Services. With more than 30 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, she brings a wealth of clinical expertise, grounded compassion and deep understanding of holistic care. Her passion lies in psychosocial support, where she is dedicated to helping people feel seen, understood and empowered in their daily lives. Letisha has spent her career advocating for individuals with complex needs, championing their rights and ensuring they receive support that is not only safe and effective, but genuinely person-centred. As the founder of IMS, she built the organisation on values of empathy, dignity and community connection. Letisha’s leadership continues to shape a service that puts people first — always.
Stacey - Staff Support & Engagement Manager
Stacey brings a dynamic mix of HR, bookkeeping and administration experience to her role as Staff Support & Engagement Manager at In My Skin Support Services. With a strong understanding of organisational wellbeing and a natural talent for bringing people together, she plays a key role in fostering a supportive, positive and connected workplace culture. Her lived experience supporting a loved one with disability gives her a genuine, heartfelt understanding of the challenges families face — and the importance of compassionate, reliable support. This insight shapes the way she champions both staff and participants every day. Known for her bubbly personality, infectious energy and genuine care for others, Stacey is truly loved by all staff. She creates an environment where people feel valued, heard and motivated, helping our team deliver the best possible support to the community.
Jordon - Participant Intake & Support Coordination
Jordon is a dedicated member of the leadership team at In My Skin Support Services, bringing extensive experience across the forensic, disability and community sectors. With strong leadership skills and a genuine commitment to person-centred practice, he supports both staff and participants with clarity, empathy and professionalism. With qualifications in community services, AOD and mental health, Jordon combines practical knowledge with a calm, grounded approach. He is passionate about helping people feel safe, supported and empowered to reach their goals. Known for his supportive nature, strong communication and ability to build trust, Jordon plays a key role in fostering a positive environment for both the team and the people we serve.
