Specialised Behaviour Management

The goal of behaviour support in the NDIS is to improve quality of life outcomes for people with disabilities while reducing and eliminate restrictive practices.

There is a primary emphasis on upholding the rights of the person/client with a disability by looking to support the person through evidence informed, person-centred strategies reflected in a behaviour support plan.

Support Coordination

We use Support Coordination to empower participants to make the most of their NDIS plans. Our approach is personalised, collaborative, and grounded in genuine care. We work alongside participants to understand their goals, build their confidence, and connect them with the right supports to enhance independence and quality of life.

  • Breakdown the NDIS plan so it’s clear, actionable, and aligned with each persons’s goals.
  • Coordination of all services/support s
  • Connect participants with trusted providers, ensuring services are safe, suitable, and reflective of the participants preferences and cultural needs.
  • Assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations
  • Build long term stability, supporting participants through changes, reviews, crises, and transitions.
