At IMS Support Services, we provide tailored support for participants funded through the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and the Support at Home Program. Our team is experienced in delivering flexible, reliable, and person-centred care to help you manage daily life, maintain independence, and achieve your recovery goals.
Support at Home
Practical assistance with everyday tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, household support, and mobility assistance. We work with you to ensure your home environment is safe, comfortable, and supports your independence.
Transport
Assistance with getting to appointments, community activities, therapy sessions, or other outings. Our team helps you stay mobile, connected, and engaged in your community safely and reliably.
Community Nursing
Professional nursing care delivered in your home, including wound management, medication support, health monitoring, post-hospital recovery, and ongoing clinical care tailored to your needs.
Attendant Care
One-on-one support to assist with personal care, daily routines, and other tasks where additional support is required. Our attendants provide compassionate, respectful assistance designed to maintain dignity and promote independence.
